I use a black pen to first outline , and then I use the pen to fill in the spots I am making it on , use permanent marker add details with it wait for a few minutes let the ink dry , after dry apply boro plus lightly to the TATTOO piece , and then add ponds π

It actually works if you don’t rub the baseline out but it definitely is waterproof!!! I tried it right now and it looks great!
